What is your return policy?Due to the custom nature, all sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges.

What is your typical turn around time for projects?On average projects may take anywhere between 2-6 weeks to complete. However, each project’s turnaround time varies, pending on size and scope of request(s), evaluation time, design update time, number of rounds and project list volume. Please fill out our Request Quote form to receive your personal quote and timeline.

What if I need a service that is not listed?Please feel free to contact us directly to request your design projects. We will review and contact you as soon as possible!

What information do you need from me to get started?To provide an accurate quote, please List key details or materials required to initiate a project, such as brand guidelines or content, copy, requested imagery, color palette, quantity, etc.

Is there a deposit fee when booking services?Yes. A non refundable retainer of 20-25% is requested at time of booking .

Do you provide printing services, or do I need to find a printer?We do not offer printing services. However we have a list of recommended partners.

I would like to fully own the artwork I request. Do the rates include rights?Yes. All commission rates will include rights of ownership of project

How will my approved final files be delivered?Once approved by the client and final payment is submitted, final files are delivered via a temporary digital link.

How do I book a Live Art event?Please click here to submit your Live Art request. Once we review your request and dates, we will get back to you and confirm if your requested date is available for booking.
